The team of two arrived well on time and explained what their program entailed. The work was completed satisfactorily and the place was left nice and clean. I would recommend these two to anybody considering electrical work around their home.

We lost solar panels during the storm on Bribie. Matthew from Audem rang and made an appointment on a Sunday to fit us in! He tuned up on time and inspected our roof. It's flat so we couldn't see anything. He cheerfully explained what he saw. We are hoping to get him back when it's our turn for repairs. Thanks Matthew. 2nd visit with 5 Star service - brilliant 👏

Best communication- always informed me the initial meeting and progress with the punctual and exceptional services. Everything was explained and the guys were friendly, genuinely kind , helpful and very professional. New chandelier, replacement of fans, down-lights and switches installed all look neat and no mess left behind. Highly recommend and much appreciated.

Audem came out to replace my solar system after the big hail storm late last year, The guys were both professional and friendly, when finished they explained the invertor box and set up the app for me so I can monitor the feed, really great work, recommend highly

Audem was very well organised, reminding me of my appointment and the arrival of my technician. My technician Ethan was very friendly and professional, and took the time to explain the workings of my solar system, which I greatly appreciated. Matt was good he knows his job well. Was nice and friendly, easy to ask questions. Informed me what he was doing and gave me information. He informed me I could download for my particular solar brand. Which was great, no one else has told me about the app. Great job thanks,

Audem Electrical attended my property as part my a hail damage insurance claim. I received excellent communication from them around scheduling of the appointment as well as reminder text messages and “I’m on the way” text - all very helpful. The technician (Tim) was very friendly and personable.

Rory who was the electrician who came to my place. Had very good sense humour and also down to earth. Very understanding and respectful and knowledgeable about his work. He did great and very thorough job sealing off the power plug, also made sure power-shortage was safe. Also made sure there was no faulty wiring.
